Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong variety of dates.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The item delivered does not match your confirmed order.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear pictures of the product
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:
